WE BUY HOMES FOR CASH
We have the solutions to problem mortgages and properties. We buy homes from foreclosure auctions only as a last resort!
Our mission is to save you from foreclosure while keeping the property values maximized in great neighborhoods.
HOW WE WORK WITH OUR PARTNERS
Real estate has been around since our cave-dwelling ancestors started chasing strangers out of their space, so it's not surprising that Wall Street has found a way to turn real estate into a publicly-traded instrument.
A real estate investment trust (REIT) is created when a corporation (or trust) uses investors' money to purchase and operate income properties.
ABOUT US - The What
ABOUT US - The How
ABOUT US - The Why
We purchase homes from motivated sellers for many reasons. Sometimes there may only be a short time before a bank auctions the home in a foreclosure auction. The home may have serious repairs and there simply is no money to take care of them. Out-of-state landlords who are ready to move on often call us.
We buy homes "AS-IS" for cash. This is the reason we can ensure that a closing occurs in a timely manner. We don't go to closing with a list of contingencies, nor do we do business with banks (the slowest parties in all closings ). We help people unburden themselves of real estate: land, single-family homes, multi-family homes, and apartment buildings.
We are able to make an unlimited amount of purchases at any given time. This is possible because we have a vast network of investors that invest a lot of money in real estate. We partner with these investors to rehab, update, or repurpose these properties for a profit. Many of the properties we attain require an enormous amount of cash and manpower to bring up to market standards. Our relations with investors, rehabbers, realtors, sellers, and buyers, is what makes the machine work.
If you've looked around your neighborhood since 2007, it is likely you saw homes sitting vacant for years for no apparent reason. Most times, this is because banks foreclosed on properties and did not get their reserve met at the foreclosure auction. In fact, the banks are known for sending bidders to the auction to be sure that they get what they are willing to accept for a home.
